Who they are
Tenant Connect is a housing platform run from Birmingham and working UK-wide. Tenants search and apply for free, verified providers list properties, and agents and referral teams work through the same system.
The brief
Renting with a benefits background is hard: most listing sites filter people out before they start. Providers also needed one trusted place to list rooms, track council caseloads and process applications without paperwork chaos.
What we achieved
A property platform where anyone can browse live listings free, apply in about five minutes, and get eligibility and document checks back within two working days. Providers, agents and referral teams each get their own routes in.
